A Midnight Modern Conversation, with Jordi Mitjà, Manel Gràvalos and Les eminències

On Wednesday, February 26, La Capella's School of publications presents A Midnight Modern Conversation, the activation of Si tu ne manges pas, tu vas pas mourir, the latest book by the artist Jordi Mitjà.

It will be at 7 p.m. in the Espai Finestres of the art center, and will include a conversation between the artist and Manel Gràvalos, the edition's designer, about the publication, followed by a concert by Les Eminències, a musical band created in 2024 by Enric Farrés Duran, Miguel Ángel Blanca and Ingrid Picanyol.

The session will be enlivened with a punch that the artist himself will cook live.

Si tu ne manges pas, tu vas pas mourir collects texts, quotes, photographs and cooking recipes by the artist that revive a performative dinner held in 2023 at the ARBAR Art and Culture Center, in which a series of connections were generated which will be revealed during this evening.
